Bookings - Unless clearly stated otherwise, all prices are per person per room per night including breakfast & VAT at 20%.
**We do not normally take single night bookings at weekends, however sometimes they do become available. Please call for availability.
Room Damage - We reserve the right to apply an exceptional cleaning charge, when a room is rendered unusable for 24 hours during your stay.
Smoking - We are an entirely non smoking establishment. We reserve the right to charge double B&B rates for anyone who smokes in a bedroom.
